Mr. Andrew Cahalane, Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Cahalane is a co-founder of VSH Hong Kong and a member of its board of directors.  At VSH, Andrew leads the company’s business, operations, and development efforts. 

Andrew is also a founder of VSRx, Asia’s very first compounding pharmacy for animals where he serves as the Managing Director. 

Andrew is an entrepreneur at heart and is passionate about the process of conceptualizing, building, and developing new business solutions.  He began his career in corporate finance in the strategy division at Fleet Boston Financial.  In this position, he developed his interest and acumen in the analysis and valuation of businesses from small Internet start-ups to Fortunes 500 Corporations.  In addition, he worked for the Wall Street firm Bear Stearns & Co, where he focused on underwriting, modeling, and marketing structured financial products to the institutional investment community.

In his personal time, Andy is an avid sports enthusiast.  He is a four-year varsity letter winner and team captain for the 3-time national champion Cornell University men’s lacrosse team. He is an enthusiastic fan of all of Boston sports teams, including the Red Sox and Patriots.  He enjoys spending his free time doing anything with his family, including watching his two children, Niall and Angus, compete in rugby, tennis, and lacrosse competitions.

Andy earned both his Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY.

Below are some of the bus routes that have stops close by to VSH:

  • New World Bus:  15, 23, 66, 101
  • City Bus:  1, 5X, 6, 10, 75, 101, 111, 115, 182, 789

MTR : VSH is just 5 minutes walk from WAN CHAI MTR EXIT A3. When you walk out of exit A3, cross the pedestrian crossing then turn left. Walk along Johnston Road until you reach Wan Chai Road. Continue along Wan Chai Road until you reach Lucky Centre. We are right next to it.
