Veterinary Specialty Hospital (VSH) Hong Kong is the only dedicated specialty referral and emergency practice in Hong Kong. Our team provides specialized, expert veterinary care for complex medical problems, only by referral from a primary veterinarian. Providing the highest level of care and service to our valued patients and clients is of the highest importance at VSH. We are looking for friendly and hardworking individuals to join us.
Job Information
This position will work as part of the client care team. Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include:
- Check-in and check-out clients
- Handlein-person, phone-in and email enquiries, schedule appointments
- Correspond with doctors and clinics to facilitate referrals
- Provide administrative and clerical support
Requirements
One year or above working experience in customer service or front desk is preferred. Recent Graduate will also be consideredExcellent telephone manner, customer service skills and cheerful personality are essentialFluent in spoken English and Cantonese is a must. Mandarin is a plus5-day work per week. Able to work under pressure and flexible to work on shift (including Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday)Immediately available is highly preferred
