Dr. Paula Valiente graduated from the University of Zaragoza (Spain) in 2012. After completing an internship at a veterinary specialists in Valencia (Spain), she worked in general practice prior to moving to the United Kingdom. Following a short period working in private practice in the UK, she completed a one-year rotating internship at North Downs Specialist Referrals (UK), prior to enrolling on a three-year ECVIM-CA Internal Medicine Residency at Dick White Referrals (UK). Following her residency, she re-joined North Downs Specialist Referrals as part of the Medicine team in September 2020 where she worked until moving to Hong Kong to join the VSH Specialist Team. Dr. Paula Valiente achieved her European Diploma in Small Animal Internal Medicine in April 2021.
Dr. Paula enjoys all areas of Internal Medicine but has a particular interest in gastroenterology and endoscopy.
